Sculptra® Treatment

Sculptra®
Sculptra® offers a nonsurgical option for restoring and correcting the signs of facial fat loss by replacing lost volume. It is a safe cosmetic dermal filler composed of poly-L-lactic acid, a synthetic material. Poly-L-lactic acid does not harm the body and has been widely used for many years in surgical products.
Physicians can administer Sculptra® in people 18 years of age or older. Sculptra® takes time to gradually correct the depressions in your skin. Your physician will see you again a few weeks after your initial injection of Sculptra® to determine if you need more injections. The results can last up to 2 years after the initial injection. Sculptra® is a procedure for women and men.
Sculptra® is approved by the FDA for restoration and/or correction of the signs
of facial fat loss (lipoatrophy).
